If you’re not a Prime Fanatic and don’t care so much about wider apertures, or if you want that one lens that you can use everyday to shoot everything everywhere, then the all range 24-70mm is for you. Six years ago this range was the second lens I purchased, the first one being the Mighty Fifty. Since then, both of them are my standard go-to lens, before I got my third favorite, the 85.

Being the Prime lover that I am, if I have to settle having just one zoom lens, it’s gotta be this one. For me, the TwentySeventy is multipurpose and functional, like a reliable car; it gets me to where I need to go, works hard and well, and never give me any problems.

Sony Zeiss Vario-Tessar T* FE 24-70mm f/4 ZA

The fourth FE mount that Zeiss launches, the 24-70mm exceeds all expectations of being the most compact and lightweighted among its focal length peers. This lens features a very versatile focal length range making it suitable for landscapes, portraits and pretty much everything in between. Like every other Zeiss, the built, speed and sharpness never disappoint.
